What we collect
When you send a project request or use the coverage check, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP code, project details, and your message. The cost calculator, dimensions planner, and surface comparison tools run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To answer you, and to make the match you asked for. Project requests and coverage checks are emailed to our service inbox so a person can reply and check your area against our vetted builder network. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a marketing list for filling out a form. If we ever offer an email newsletter, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.
When we share with builders
Sharing your details with a builder is the product, so here is the exact rule: when a vetted builder covers your area and your project fits, we share your request with that builder so they can contact you about it, and we tell you we are doing it. Your details go to vetted local builders, or nowhere. We never sell your information to lead resellers or blast lists, and if no vetted builder covers your area yet, your request simply sits with us until one does or you ask us to delete it.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers to run this site: our hosting platform (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers your project request to us. Each processes your data only to provide its service.
Retention and deletion
Project request emails live in our service inbox for as long as they are useful for serving you, including the waiting period before coverage opens in your area. Want your details deleted? Email support@homecourtpath.com from the address you used and we will delete the correspondence.
Cookies
This site works without login cookies. Analytics, when enabled, may set a first-party cookie or local storage entry to distinguish visits; nothing here is used to follow you around the internet.
Children
This site is for adults planning construction on their property and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
